Prerequisites: Knowledge and skills necessary to write the final thesis at bachelor’s level. Additional Comment: This course can be selected by the student provided that : 1. The student has contacted the supervisor of the thesis by him/herself before the mobility and the teacher has agreed to supervise the student in writing. 2. The departmental coordinators of the sending and host institutions have been informed about the teacher/student agreement in due time. 3. The project objectives and the content have been consulted and approved by the supervisors at both institutions before the mobility of the student.

Short description: The aim of the course is to prepare by a student of bachelor’s dissertation meeting the requirements of the diploma thesis in the field of environmental engineering.
Full description: To acquaint students with the basics of copyright law. System engineering project. Requirements diploma project. General principles for implementing diploma project: writing technique, style and form of work. Preparation and presentation of a paper on a given topic. Methodological basis of solving engineering problems in the field of environmental engineering. Detailed presentation of their engineering problem and ways of its implementation. Presentation of the solutions used in the project. Discussion on topics of environmental engineering

Learning outcomes: Knowledge Student is familiar with design methods selectednetwork equipment and facilities; have basic knowledge necessary to carry out engineering activities in accordance with applicable laws, knowledge of legal and administrative procedures and economic basis in the area water management; knows the models of protection goods; knows the scope and Personal property rights. He knows what factors affect the arduousness of work and how to shape it. Skills Student is able to obtain information from various sources, interpret, have the ability to prepare presentations on specific issues; able to prepare and deliver a presentation on a given topic and has a self-learning skills Social competences Student understands the need to inform the public about various aspects of the business engineer dealing with engineering and environmental protection.
